Black people make up 13.6% of the US population.

“At a certain point I had to “answer the call”. Helping people is part of my life’s purpose, and I don’t take that for granted. It’s truly a privilege to serve clients on their journey of inner healing, empowerment, personal mastery and transformation.”
You deserve true peace.
Let’s face it: Sometimes life can be hard. Especially for busy professionals, career climbers, creatives, entrepreneurs and people who lead—whether that’s you leading at work, at home, in your relationships, your business, or just in day-to-day life.
The simple truth?
Rarely do you get to let your guard down. Rarely do you have interactions where someone doesn’t always want, need (or expect) something from you.
And rarely do you get to “pause” and truly focus on you and your needs.
The day-to-day responsibilities of life can be overwhelming. Nonetheless, you still work hard to "show up” for life. Well, we work hard to show up for you.
There’s a lot going on right now and sometimes it feels like it never slows down.
You may be tired of the unwanted stress and anxiety. Tired of the “bottled up” feelings you don’t know what to do with. Tired of the past still having a “hold” on you, even after all these years. Tired of having to code switch. Tired of feeling like you’re always fighting, running away, or staying “stuck” in different areas of your life. Tired of the unhealthy or unfulfilling relationships. Tired of not getting your needs met. Tired of the lack of clarity and direction. Tired of not having the success you want to achieve. Tired of not actually feeling the joy and happiness you want so much. Or maybe just tired of being tired. Sound familiar?
The good news?
You DON’T have to go it alone.
As a licensed mental health professional, a corporate wellness expert AND a seasoned therapist, I specialize in providing healing, wellbeing & empowerment solutions that are safe, confidential and effective.
The ultimate goal? To help you experience real relief, achieve real results and enjoy real transformation.
Even though we haven't met yet, there is something I already know about you…
You deserve true joy.
You deserve true happiness.
You deserve true peace.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A THERAPIST?
In 20/20 hindsight, you could simply say “it was meant”.
What do I mean?
I’ve always loved helping and connecting with people, even at an early age (Note: That’s why I included the cheesy picture of me as a kid above).
Whether in 1-on-1 sessions, groups, or working with my corporate clients & teams, I’ve always loved serving through what I simply call “people work”.
More than that, I’m human just like you.
I’ve experienced my fair share of trials and triumphs, highs and lows, setbacks and comebacks. Plus, I know firsthand what it’s like to have achieved “outer success” but still have inner struggles with things like anxiety, depression, old wounds from the past and real-world relationship challenges.
I also know how much those things can (and do) impact your success at work, in your career, or in business. Not to mention the impact on your overall health or felt-sense of true wellness and wellbeing.
Thankfully, I’ve also experienced how powerful various healing and wellness tools have been in my own life, and now I get to share them with those I serve.
The simple truth?
If you don’t truly love working with people, you can’t fake it.
Why?
Because people can see it (and sense it) a mile away.
But want to know something else?
When you truly love (and are called towards) “people work”, you can’t not do it.
That’s why I chose to become a helping professional.
Plus—as a licensed psychotherapist, a corporate wellness expert and a black male therapist—I understand how important culturally-grounded wellness solutions are to our mental health, our wellbeing and our ability to live the lives we truly want and deserve.
As a healer and a leader, it is an honor to both “hold the space” and share real-world, practical tools that support my clients in powerfully transforming their lives.
Why?
Because—when I do—I know I’m helping my clients in discovering their own inner greatness, inner healing and inner power while also serving the greater good.
